Over the weekend, I found a bird nest with dead birds inside in my dryer duct vent. I called a number of other places, but only Expert Duct Cleaning had an appointment that would work with my schedule in the next few days. They arrived at the scheduled time and worked quickly to remove the decaying bird nest. they also installed a mesh to prevent future bird from coming in. I had never before used this company. Communication was excellent from the outset until the job was finished. Staff were on time and I was kept informed of every step of the process.

I am Extremely Disappointed. I had two missed appointments with expert duct cleaning. The first one, they couldnt make, because the machine had gotten stuck in a vent at another customers house. I responded "No problem", I will just reschedule. The second time, the guy never showed up. I tried calling, and no response. I called the main office.
