On Time The treatment plan was presented before the procedure, and they even gave me time for my input. They are on time and I love that they do a phone follow up.

I highly recommend this trusty doc. It's kind of difficult to look for a quality dentist when you work for the city and all you have is cheap union dental coverage. Hearing from my co-workers, going to the dentist can be absolutely dreadful, long waits, multiple visits for treatments and incompetent doctors. Good Doctor!!! I just had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Shiao yesterday. Dr. Shiao has a magic hand, I feel entirely pain free. She is the best dentist that I have ever had. Dr. Shiao and her staff are very professional and take the time to explain to me what I needed. I will 100% refer all my families and friends to her. By the way, I think she charges very reasonable rates (ps: I compared prices for so many dentists before I went). Good Doctor!!!
