Scam Alert — Cooling Expert took $500 from me and never delivered the promised service. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they either ignored me or made false promises. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Please be careful!

Cooling Experts installed an AC unit at my house and it started giving me problems within a year. I called them but they wanted to charge me a fee for sending the technician out, a fee for diagnosis, and there will be another charge once they find the problem. I had to call another company where I was told that the unit that they gave me was bad with aluminum and they always give problems. There was a leak in the unit that cooling experts gave me so after awhile I have to keep paying for a problem that your company created. ... read more
