We purchased our home this past summer, which had a wood burning fire place. Both my wife and myself had no knowledge of fireplaces, although we knew that we wanted a professional cleaning and inspection done prior to using it. Expert Chimney Service was GREAT in everyway! I was very satisfied with recent service by Expert Chimney Services. I was having issues with my chimney right before Christmas, and while every other company wasnt even answering their phone, ECS did. Even better, since they already had a crew in my area, they were at the house 20 minutes after I called. The crew was very professional and courteous, and knew what they were doing. They were a big help and Ill be sure to call ECS again in the future.

We had just recently moved into our home in Scriba and called our oil provider to check out our system. Well it didnt exactly turn out the way we wanted it to, they ended up "red tagging" our boiler (we couldnt use it) as the chimney liner was crumbling. We did our research and found a stainless steel liner and providers that used this product. We also looked for a provider that was certified in this process. My chimney was cleaned today by Expert Chimney. I was very concerned that there could be soot damage to my home as I have had a bad experience in the past with another company. I was so pleased with the chimney sweeps thorough job,as well as the care he took in keeping my house completely spotless. I could not be more satisfied
