The Best - 5 Stars They were able to dismantle our chimney almost completely by hand it was in such dire need. They rebuilt above the roof line and then did every possible thing necessary to reinforce the bricks below the roof line and down to the blocks at its base. Through out Jock kept us up to date on scheduling during the rainy season and Tom of his staff was constantly seeking to do the best job possible, he is truly a craftsman. Expert Chimney was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the start, Jock was very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Matt came right on time to the appointment and did the inspection efficiently. Upon completion, Matt gave the results and suggestions for routes to go with remedying the problems with the fireplace. Expert chimney was professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Matt showed up on time with a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. His set up was thorough in respect of protecting my carpet and to contain the dust and dirt in my fireplace. He was efficient with his work, pleasant to deal with and very professional in all aspects. Jock Rotella is a very knowledgeable and courteous guy. His worker Matt did a fantastic job with our chimney clean and inspection and when that led to our decision to purchase a wood burning insert, Jock made recommendations that suited our needs without breaking the bank. I was impressed that the inspector /evaluator was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to show me how to safely operate the fireplace and answered all of my questions.
