i just had my chimney relined and each and every employee of this company is absolutely wonderful. I saw the great recommendations this company had, I called them for a estimate to get my chimney fixed. When I called for the estimate they recommended inspection, it cost me $175. The guy came took pictures and inspected my chimney. I waited a week no call back with the estimate. I called them the guy said we need to send someone to look at it again. No one ever showed. They took my money and never responded. Rude! If you don’t want to do the job just say so!

We originally used Expert Chimney Services for cleaning services, but after we moved into our new place, we found that we had some repairs needed. Jock was amazing - super informative, kept me up to date on all the steps and what to expect. The two masons - Tommy and Jaime were skilled, clean and good-humored. They worked quickly and repaired my two chimneys in short order. They came back, spotted a separate repair, knocked it out and let me know of any future work that could be done.
