Highly recommend taking your car here for services. I was on a pretty tight schedule today and Shane was able to fit me right in! He replaced my front brake pads and rotors in 45 MINUTES! Amazing! Another shop in Lynchburg wanted to charge me almost $500 for the work Shane did and it only cost me half of that at Expert Auto Repair! Amazing, quick and friendly service. I wish I knew about them earlier!
I chose to take my car to the Expert Auto Repair this week when I thought, at the last minute, I was going to need to take that car to my husband at his duty station. I called at 9am on a Friday morning and Shane worked me right in. I thought I knew what the problem was but I explained what the car was doing and Shane did troubleshooting to find the real problem instead of just looking for what I thought was wrong. Shane did extensive brake work on our mom’s Lexus this week and we are so pleased with his work! He accommodated our very tight schedule and squeezed us in during a holiday week. He was professional, very knowledgeable, fairly priced and most importantly, he is very trustworthy. I have been to Expert Auto for three years now. Shane has never steered me wrong. He does the best quality work at the best price here in Lynchburg. Believe me-I have been to and done my research on many mechanics here. I will never go anywhere else! It is so nice to go there and not feel pressured and he understands that we are not all wealthy and will prioritize and work with you.
I had taken my car to a national chain tire-and-repair place for inspection. I was told at that time that I needed brake pads, rotors and a new right front marker light. They "offered" to do it for me for over $300! After I recovered from the sticker shock, I decided to look and see if I could get it done for less. Expert Auto Repair is the only shop I trust. I have been to them with a laundry list of things that need to be done and they will prioritize them and work within my budget to get everything done. The work is always excellent and never high pressure. As a woman I value that. I travel from Richmond and schedule my work when I am visiting family in Lynchburg. THAT'S How much I trust them!
