Mark is the worst agent I’ve had experience working with on the buyers side. Most of his properties aren’t priced accordingly. When we put contingency on 20 Fay Lane in Northborough we agreed that any structural of safety issues would be addressed. Well structural damage in the garage and mold in the attic wasn’t anything major according to Mr. Toomy. He simply refused to work with our realtor and we lost the money on the home inspection.
