I randomly received a call from a realtor estate agent at this office named Carol Ann Denlinger. She asked if I was "said my name and town I lived in", I said yes. She said she's been researching and trying to locate me regarding my fathers house. She then said she has a buyer for my fathers house. I immediately said do not research me anymore or regarding my father. I told her to lose my number and never contact me again, or I will sue her. I immediately hung up on her. Horrible treatment by Jessica. Avoid this company, they have predatory practices. Was approved for a rental, and the harassment began immediately. Unit was on the market for over 60 days and you would think they would be grateful for a renter. They are just stealing application fees. Avoid this management company, they will just take your money.
WOW, the way I was talked down to. I’m sure this company loses qualified renters for property owners.
Experience Property Management has handled our rental since 2017. Diana and Brad are professional and have found wonderful tenants for us. I feel Experience Property Management work both for the owner and the tenant. I trust this company with our home. We will continue working with Diana and Brad in 2020.
I rented a house through Experience Property Management Group - specifically through Dianna Scarano. I found the property through Zillow and wanted to tour it so I reached out to Dianna and scheduled an appointment. I arrived to the property at our scheduled time and day, but Dianna did not show. Luckily the owner was working on the house at the time and I was able to still look inside.
