made and appointment on line. showed up and had a short wait out front while I filled out a short form and did not wait long to see the physician. the physician was very professional and explained my treatment options thoroughly. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
Short waiting time. Excellent care from everyone involved. They took the time to explain what was going on and the results to all tests. Excellent staff.
Great - in and out had a spider bite and they helped me a lot very friendly and curious -
They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an abscess that I needed to have drained and the nurse practitioner was gentle and very thorough on checking to make sure that all the gross stuff and the blood was drained out of the abscess. The office staff was professional and put me at ease. I would definitely come back and use the Expedian Urgent Care in Waxahachie again.
The staff are very efficient, fast and friendly. Had maybe total of 45 minutes.
Couldn’t get in to my primary - so went to urgent care . Got right in no waiting with excellent care. Will go again.
I love Dr Nguyen! He takes time to talk with you- get to know you as a person and listens to you! He’s not on a dang laptop typing in required answers to questions and making you feel like a number and not a person! He’s very knowledgeable and caring! He’s the best!! I highly recommend the Bio Hormone Therapy that Dr Nguyen provides and I trust him!
