I booked a hotel room in Houston Texas through Expedia,and when I checked out my charges were 150$ cheaper than what Expedia quoted me and I paid them.I have a receipt with the lesser charge so I asked for reimbursement of difference and they refused. They pocketed a whole extra $150. Never again!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Expedia. I believe that they use a very deceptive process to confuse and take advantage of the public. They have the ability to use a motel’s website to exchange the actual phone for the motel to theirs. When a customer calls the number the Expedia agent answers it as: “RESERVATIONS”.
