First of all the people are great. Super friendly. I was able to walk in and talk to someone right away. A few things that concerned me: 1. They were not able to find the cruise that my 11 year old daughter found on-line, until I called them back with the details. 2. They recommended insurance, which I bought. I later realized I was not positive WHAT insurance I bought. I called for clarification and was told: a. I can't tell you because of of manager policy (who is the manager) b. I rarely use hotels, airlines, or rental cars. My vacations aren’t typical. However, when I do I will only use Lynn with Expedia Cruises. Local lady that will take awesome care of you. It’s unfortunate when things go wrong during a trip (all too common these days) and having a standup professional in your corner is worth its weight in gold.
Be careful, they bought VRBO and they have punitive cancelation policies. I will never book through Expedia or any affiliate they own. I suggest you do the same.
Never again! Do yourself a favor and go to another travel agency or book it yourself. Our group of 4 just received our flight itinerary and we're on separate airlines leaving at different times for our departure! Coming back we are together but leaving Seattle at midnight! (Ship docks 6am) What do we supposed to do 12-14 hours at the Seattle airport? Arriving back in Chattanooga at noon the next day...a work day for 2 of us. I've checked myself, and there are plenty of flights at different times from Chattanooga to Seattle. ... read more
