Just got an order back. The items had been pressed, but they clearly weren’t cleaned. There were food stains on my suit that I could scratch off the jacket. The underarms of shirts still smelt like deodorant. They clearly did not actually clean any of the items. Wild.
Use Coastal for dry cleaning my suits and shirts. Pickup and delivery is easy to schedule and I receive my clothes within 2 days.

Kind of confused.. The website says they provide alteration services. I called to ask about the service and they were not that nice and kind of dismissive saying that they don’t have a store, only pick up and delivery so they can’t do alterations which requires measurements. Confused how they offer alteration services. Anyways, wasn’t pleased with their quality of customer service and would not use them.
2025/3: Unfortunately I have to update my comment. Have been a loyal customer for years and have always had positive experiences, but this time it just has been extremely disappointing. Miscommunication can happen, but I’m disheartened by how they handled and clarified the situation. They kept shifting the blame without offering an apology or even empathy.
