I’ve been using their dry cleaning services for over two years, and they’ve been consistently excellent. They’re always on time with pickup and delivery. Recently, I accidentally left my passport in a jacket that I sent out for cleaning. They found it and returned it to me and saved my life. I tried to tip them to show my appreciation, but they kindly refused. 10/10 service and staff. Highly recommend if you’re in the Jersey City area.
[2026-02-02 final update] Still no response from Coastal Cleaners. At this point I am deciding to just walk away from a $650 loss because this terrible customer service just isn't worth the stress. I would warn people before entrusting Coastal Cleaners with their items. Coastal Cleaners did an amazing job on our wedding dress! The staff was friendly, professional, and very careful with my dress. It came back looking flawless, and I felt confident leaving it in their hands. Highly recommend!
