I’ve been using their dry cleaning services for over two years, and they’ve been consistently excellent. They’re always on time with pickup and delivery. Recently, I accidentally left my passport in a jacket that I sent out for cleaning. They found it and returned it to me and saved my life. I tried to tip them to show my appreciation, but they kindly refused. 10/10 service and staff. Highly recommend if you’re in the Jersey City area.
[2026-02-02 final update] Still no response from Coastal Cleaners. At this point I am deciding to just walk away from a $650 loss because this terrible customer service just isn't worth the stress. I would warn people before entrusting Coastal Cleaners with their items.
