In looking for rental properties I contacted this company and was referred to an incompetent/negligent agent (marty) who attempted to have me put offers in on property that he had not even gotten me disclosures for on more than one occasion. Horrible communication skills IMO. Also I don't think they keep their listings updated. The Thornton property currently listed on their site sold back in February 2020(Zillow) and it's now June 2020 but it's still listed for sale. Steer clear of this one!
