Rented for a year when we moved in the washer/dryer was broken and they refused to fix(after they said they would) and told us to buy one. Took forever to get maintenance to come the last month we didn't have cold water in the kitchen because the knob shattered. The one bedroom wall started having a mold and moisture problem which resulted in a hole maintenance didn't come out but put it off till we left them charged us for it in the security deposit.
