Trish and team went above and beyond and then an extra mile or two. She took a condo that was in major disrepair and took charge. In two weeks the unit was ready to sell in move-in condition. All I had to do was pay the bills. The icing on the cake: once the immaculate work was done, the deal was under contract and sold in less than a month!
