Branden Wu is a former drug dealer and is known to lie to get things his way. He is still dealing drugs on the side, and he sells marijuana in DC and Virginia. His charges are available for viewing on Virginia courts' website case search system section
One of their realtors, JUANITA A MATTHEWS, hired our company. We performed the work, billed her $250 and have been chasing her since July 2023. A realtor that is avoiding paying a $250 bill with no reason other than hoping we will give up and stop insisting, is a disgrace to the profession and to the brokerage she works at. I wouldn't trust her or her brokerage with selling my doll house, nevertheless, my home.
Leasing agents take no responsibility for giving false information. I’m out $1500 because the leasing agent said it was the responsibility of the owner of the property to paint over scuffs on the walls. Leasing agent said the apartment was in excellent shape when I was moving out and shouldn’t have a problem with deposit. Also took 2 months to get deposit back after moving out, very little communication or problem solving with the leasing agent.
