Working with Larry was such a great experience. He made the house searching process as seamless as possible with a positive attitude at every open house. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and he understood exactly what we were looking for in a house as first time buyers!
When we moved into the area from upstate New York we were fortunate to have Larry as our realtor . Because of the distance it was necessary to see as many homes as possible over a long weekend. We expressed to Larry what we were interested in. When we arrived he was very prepared to help. At the end of the weekend we had decided on our new home. Larry continues to be a source of information for such things as where to buy appliances and contractors that can be trusted. He is a trusted agent and friend.

Larry went above and beyond to make sure that I ended up with the home that I wanted. He took his time to walk me through all of the paperwork and requirements to apply for my mortgage and all other aspects of purchasing a home. I couldn’t imagine buying a house with anyone other than Larry.
