This review is for Elozona Chukwudum. He owns the subject property 9403 Coatsworth drive, Sugarland, 77498. Long story short, he asked me for a 4000$ deposit and a tow years lease which I had no issues but when he told me that I can’t pay with my deposit at the end of the contract for the last month I knew something was shady, but anyway I wanted a home to rent and I paid him 4000$ deposit. Robin winans horrible lady agent she lies a lot didn’t know before never buy or rent any property from her she has ugly mouth I am warning everyone she talk really nice in the beginning but I was being trapped by her.i regret now renting a home from her now.
This company is an absolute joke. Fees Fees Fees and broken promises. Beware all who work with or decide to work with this company. These are the people who give realtor a bad name.
