Run as fast as you can away from this company. Tell u what u want to hear then flip the script after empty openhouse. Plus then got upset with me when questioned. Tried embarrassing us by threatening to bring police to come get the lousy sign & lock box!! Didn't even give me time to respond B4 the threat! Now they r holding our house hostage days after signing to dissolve contract!! They still have it listed on MLS, preventing us from relisting!! This is not a professionally run business at all. Great location and wonderful services provided to my clients
Do not buy from them. They will waste your time and cancel the contract when you’re about to close. Buy/sell at your own risk. They have no communication skills.
