He did not follow up with the seller's agent properly and we lost the bid even after offering 40k above the listing price. We worked with Collin McDowell to purchase our newest home, we will not be using him for future purchases. He kept promoting his restaurant to us which we told him we were not interested. During viewing a house, he mentioned that there were police that live in the neighborhood we were looking at.
