1000000% WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!! Went through the LONG & DRAWN OUT process of buying a home. A realtor from this company (Cruz) made things 1000x more difficult by not responding until 1. The last day of any type of deadline or 2. Not responding at all and just completely ignoring us. Communication was the worst I have ever experienced. Went through the process of an inspection, appraisal etc. and came back with the repairs that needed to be done on the home (MASSIVE - windows that didn’t lock, roof damage - not tiny thing... read more
