We also carry jewelry and hosiery and accessories. We dye shoes in as little as 30 minutes! and to anyone on 1 million different colors and then redye them after words up to 5 different times!

I had a horrible time dealing with Glamorous Heights. Ted and the lady who answers the phone are incredibly rude and useless. Don't be fooled by Ted's initial helpfulness trying to get the perfect shoe fit. He lies and cheats customers, and doesn't follow through with orders. Don't be fooled by the reviews he writes himself to promote his own company.
This company doesn't even deserve the one star. My order took forever, and the wrong shoes arrived. After numerous attempts to contact Ted, via email and phone calls, Ted nor anybody else from the company ever bothered to return any of my calls or emails. This company should not be in business. They lie and cheat customers
They did a horrible dye job on my shoes. They didn't even want to fix it. Horrible service.
If this was my company I would be embarrassed.The customer service I received was horrible.My order took forever to actually arrive. It was well over a month late. And to top it off, they sent me the wrong shoes. Ted did not return calls, or emails. I was lied to about the status of my order. And not once did Ted take responsibility for any of it. Dealing with Glamorous heights was a total hassle. The shoes took forever to arrive and I wasn't even sent the shoes I ordered. You'd be better off buying from another company.
Horrible experience dealing with this company. My order was well over a month late arriving. I was mislead regarding the status of my order, so i was left wondering when and if it would actually arrive. It is very stressful, thinking your wedding shoes might not arrive, and Ted was totally uncoorperative and rude. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.
Glamorous Heights is a poorly run company. The customer service is horrible. Ted is rude and unorganized. I had to call many times wondering about my order. Ted gave me false information regarding my order status. He refused to give me the tracking number of my purchase, so I could follow up on where my order was. Do not order anything from this company. You may never see your order. And by the time it arrives it will be too late to actually be able to return it. If...you actually get your order.
Glamorous Heights doesn't even deserve the one star. They are a horrible company, with poor customer service. Do not order shoes from this company, they may never arrive, and if they do, your wedding or event may have already happened. Its not worth the stress. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I had seen these shoes in the wedding store but they were more expensive. I thought I would order online to get a better deal. Unfortunately, my shoes never arrived on time, and it was too late to order other shoes. I had to go buy another pair of shoes and ended up spending more than I would have, if i just bought the initial pair and not have dealt with Glamorous Heights at all. I do not recommend this company and relying on them for any important event.
