Stopped by earlier today to have a bracelet repaired (I bent the clasp), the gentleman working was super quick to bend it back and was kind enough not to charge me as it was “only an adjustment” and just asked for a review in exchange. I can absolutely see why they have a 5 star rating and I will certainly be back for my future jewelry-related needs. Thank you so much!

Phenomenal job!! Came in with my chain broken split in the middle. Gave them a day and immediately the chain looked new as though it was never broken to begin with.

I went here about 2 weeks ago to have some chains & a watch fixed. Their prices were Very reasonable & work was done pretty quick. Sonny was on point with my requests & I will Definity do business with them again ;)

The best jewelry store in NYC! Their jewelry is absolutely beautiful and high quality. The craftsmanship is flawless, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the details. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Highly recommend to anyone looking for timeless, well-made jewelry and a genuine jewelry store experience!

Had the pleasure of being served at exotique jewelry and the service was fast and pleasant. The staff was knowledgeable and provided ease. The store is clean and easy to find also they have some great pieces to choose from if looking for birthday gifts etc. I will be back and recommend them for beautiful jewelry.
