Ordered online and arrived to pickup and the doors were locked. No information about them being closed anywhere on website. Charged me and I drove there for nothing

I was pretty disappointed with the food. Raised their prices and very small portions and it just didn't taste good. Has gone down hill since the last time I was there. Probably won't return.

Waited 45 min just to get 4 drink orders in (we were ready to order right away, waiter refused to get the food order in), then another 20 min wait just to get the drinks and he said he will be right back... we chugged our drinks and we ended up leaving. Oh but wait there is more 10 more min of waiting at the register to pay for the 4 drinks. Not the first time it happened, but it is my last visit there. After 3 tries not 1 😂 we never looked back 🙄.
