This is the first time hearing of any issue regarding your tan. You purchased 2 specials from us, one on 6/15 and the other on 7/15. If you had such an issue with our product and services why did you purchase a second special. As you can clearly see with the attached photo the specials states 2 clear spray tans for level 1 & 2 for $25 (which a single session in the spray is normally $35) and the visits must be used with in 14 days. Just up and closed locations without prior warning. And if you want to cancel your membership in person you have to pay for it. So now I'll be out another months payment and won't use it because I'll have to drive further to a different location during rush hour.
