I've only been here twice, but both times the ladies were very knowledgeable and helped me out with exactly what I needed. Went there today to start my succulent collection. I brought in a mug I wanted to plant a succulent in and the woman (I didn't catch her name) helped me out and even gave me some pointers. She also offered to plant the ones I picked out into my mug while I watched so I knew what to do in the future (I'm very new at this). Love this place!
A very friendly saleswoman helped us. The gift suggestions were great; the practical (& effective) advice on keeping my existing orchid at home alive was even better.
I love Exotic Plants. The staff is helpful, patient, friendly, and knowledgable. The plants are beautiful and healthy. They have a very nice selection to choose from. Even better they are always more than happy to answer any plant related questions and help if I have an issue with one of my plants.
I loved working here many years ago. All of the employees and managers and owners were so kind, professional and educated. The best orchids in America come from Exotic plants. Mine are still beautiful 15 years later.
