Just a awful experience my friend and I had. After asking if nicely to fix a part of the nail, the nail tech said they couldn’t fix it and said they wouldn’t work on us anymore! Stopped in the middle of a manicure so unprofessional
I am all about customer service and this place is the worst of the worst. the lady next to me nails were hurting so he said oh I can't help you and just gets up and walks off. this is after he cut all her nails down. then the lady doing my fill and I ask her can she make the acrylic thinner and she said she won't help me now either so my nails are half way done. I just got up and walked out you've got to be kidding me if I was into violence this is when it will happen!!
Went to get my brows done. Poor job, but thankfully I can fix it with makeup. Bad customer service, and I saw them use dirty towels (I refused to lay on a dirty towel and had the gal doing my eyebrows remove it). Will not be returning.
