Car was in great shape as far as the repair goes but it was super dirty when I picked it up and had to wait for Exotic to wash it. I also noticed other Teslas that were plugged into EV chargers while I got mine back with 40% charge.
They did a great repair job. One minor detail was not right. I contacted them and they arranged for me to return to fix it, which they promptly completed.
This place was WONDERFUL!! I was devastated when after a very detailed application for a repair of significant hit & run damage to my car, my insurance company gave me an estimate that was less than HALF of any of the bids I'd received from various car repair businesses. When I came into Exotic, the lovely lady at the front desk took my information, and I was fortunate enough to meet with Ken.
