Fantastic experience from start to end. Exotic made the repair process very easy. ...And a nice plus: the car was very clean inside and out when we picked it up (unlike Tesla service which always had us doing a major clean-up after pickup due to muddy boot prints, smears etc left by the Tesla crew)

A couple of days ago, Exotic Motors repaired my Tesla Model 3 and I would highly recommend their service. Victor went above and beyond during the service process! He is very friendly and professional, and patiently answered all my questions, he even planned ahead to book a rental car for me. Christian also did a great job keeping me updated about the process. This is the best experience I received with body shop services.
