The woman was quite nice but the old man was rude and condescending ....walked out after we picked a piece of wood....they must be doing well during this crisis as we wanted to support a local business ....
I was overcharged on very expensive Ebony. They claim they lose 1/4" on all sides when they do the milling in house. I ended up paying for twice the number of board feet I received. If you buy from these guys be very careful on your board feet calculations and be prepared to pay them for way more milling loss than they actually incur.

This is my go to store for all hardwood and plywood. They are always helpful and willing to give suggestions. It’s probably my favorite place to go.
I was very impressed by the selection of lumber, which makes it very hard to stay under budget. I spent a little bit more than I had planned, but I'm very happy with what I bought. I was greeted by their friendly staff as soon as I walked in the door. It was a very pleasant experience.
