Bob and the whole staff are great to work with. I have never gotten anything sick or bad from them. I have also NEVER been pressured into buying anything I did not want or need. I HAVE however been advised of the possible problems that could arise with something that I thought I wanted :) (thanks bob) I would recommend these guys for purchases or if you simply have questions.( even silly ones). I am glad that you are branching to fresh water too.
Bob and the guys at the shop have saved my tank multiple times!!! My tank exploded and he held all my sea babies corals fish and inverts and took care of them till the new tank was ready. The owner and crew always do what's best for your aquatics instead of trying to make a sale unlike some other shops in Stratford (who sold me defective tank). Exotic always has new awesome inventory in and quality corals we won't go anywhere else ❤️
