was told a certain amount of payment but then payment was higher than told...I could have gone to Kay's or Zales for a much lower monthly price
1 lady that works there was so rude to me after my husband bought a $1,500.00 ring for me. I wish I could've gotten a refund to go somewhere else. Sam was great with us but this lady makes us NEVER want to step foot in that place! I even told her that I put reviews EVERYWHERE and she should apologize for her attitude and she didn't care at all! The reason I went back in the 1st place was get my rings shined and to buy insurance and I would rather pay more somewhere else where I am an appreciated customer!
I came multiple time to exotic diamonds and this is going to be my 4th time purchase. Each time is a great experience and I will definitely come back. Great atmosphere, great service, great work by Emmett in getting me the right 3.00ct diamonds rings.
