The experience of renting and delivery etc. was great. But when it came down to refunding my deposit of several thousand dollars, I have been calling and waiting for weeks. I have had to go ahead and pay this on my credit card bill. And this was simply a security deposit to be refunded within a week after the rental was completed. Its been over a month. Be careful!
