The staff was helpful and check-in simple. They helped with toll road charges and other directions making our trip simple. The car was clean and met all of our needs. We had a great trip and give all those who helped 5 stars. Thanks!
Picking up the car from this location was a smooth and easy process, the on site team were kind. The car I was given for my rental was also great. My experience trying to modify my reservation return, however, was extremely negative. I could not get in contact with the O’Hare location directly, and every customer service representative I spoke with was vague with their assistance and told me that it was unlikely I would ever hear back from someone at the location even if they escalated my inquiry. I made a reservation for 300 USD, at the time of payment they did not respect the unit and I had to pay at least double for all the extras and additional fees they charged.
They didn’t have the vehicle that we reserved / rented (Nissan Rogue) and instead gave us a 8+ year old Nissan Versa that smelled like wet dog. Extremely nasty and dirty vehicle with over 60,000 miles on it. Very nasty, wouldn’t recommend.
