RecommendedExcellent service. Dr Sanngeeta Macko is one of the best Vet I have ever met. She always takes good care of my bunny. She is very knowledgeable and she has very good experience with bunnies. she replies emails fast and call you back if any questions. Staff is so friendly and professional. I don't live close to Orlando. It takes me almost 2 hours to be there, but I don't mind as long as they have very good service. Sharing this post in review form on the anniversary of my bearded dragon's death. We weren't ready to talk about it much then, but it's important that others know what a beacon of hope and compassion this team is. We lost Sasha Tuesday night. Friendly staff. They have the best avian doctor. If you want the best care for your bird, Doctor Diaz is the best!
The animal hospital is very helpful, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I have taken my Bearded Dragon for gravid care, parasite follow up, nails clipping and yearly physical. So GLAD I found this Veterinarian Group. They have been helpful before, during and after the Covid-19 issue.
Dr Diaz was very friendly, informative and genuinely caring toward Koko, our spoiled, baby girl raccoon. We are happy to have been recommended to him and definitely recommend him and his staff to care for your exotics!

When Blue Fox died it was so extremely hard... I find peace in knowing that he had the best possible life after being rescued from the fur farm, I’m so thankful for the years he gave me. When Blue Fox was being euthanized I was surrounded by both veterinarians and the staff, They allowed me to take whatever time I needed to say goodbye. My African Grey and my Parrotlet are both patients at the clinic. When I have to leave town my Grey stays with them. I know my birds are in great hands. Whether it's for boarding or an exam, my birds always leave happy, which makes me happy too :)
