Carmen did not know 1 thing about the car Bob selected for us, didn't give us options, and when Carmen was asked about the problems, she would ramble and tried to make anything up, and when asked to fix the problems found they took their time and when I finally went to their mechanic, didn't even get the problem fixed, so I insisted to Carmen which just caused her to have an attitude. I don't wouldn't recommend this dealer at all!!! PS car still not fixed!!!
