Putting two stars so they don’t delete but this place honestly deserves 0. My gf is here and she witnessed a woman having some kind of episode and all the employees were doing was laughing and mimicking her.
Very uneasy when the security guard wants me to put my hands to the side and wand me down from head to toe front and back yet he didn't do it to any male guests. He is the only African American guy here and I feel sexual assaulted I will have them run the cameras back
I was sexually assaulted by another patient as a 15 year old staying here. I guess they were understaffed and left the youth unsupervised at night during this time (the lockdown) so he was able to make his way into my reclining chair at night. I wasn’t allowed to bring more than once change of clothes with me despite having to stay for 3 nights while they found a place for me in a hospital. Some staff are nice and some are the complete opposite. The last time I was here there was a short skinny black chick that almost got combative and physical with me because I didn't want to sit in these uncomfortable reclining chairs. Like they were going to force me to sit there unless I needed to shower or pee. I believe that 100% illegal to force me to sit in an uncomfortable chair and if I don't, you threaten me with physical violence. This place is terrible. I went here for 21 hours. They serve you terrible food they basically make you sleep on the floor. They do not respect your privacy. I was concerned if there was a camera watching me and I felt uncomfortable with that so I asked one of the ladies is that camera working she got mad
