This is possibly the weirdest nail experience I’ve ever had. The place is gorgeous but intimidating from the outside. The front desk girl was nice and the inside is classy but that about it. I went through 3 nail techs before I found one willing to do my design. She did her best but yikes. Then she got snippy with me for needing to use the bathroom during the appointment. Odd experience

EXO is the place to go to elevate your experience. My nails were done by Tracey and pedicure by Lee. Both were great and the entire establishment is 5/5 stars from the service and the experience. I also got a facial at their spa after getting my nails done and that was 10/10!!

Amazing experience! My nails look incredible—Nancy is so talented, professional, and knowledgeable. The IV treatment was the best, and the staff took time to explain everything and even checked with my doctor about my allergies. I felt completely cared for and wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is the first time going. They take their time doing what you have ordered and do it well. It is not a hurry up and go place. Plus you can have a beverage and or food while getting pampered. They make sure you are comfortable at all times. Elizabeth, Suzanne, and Ashley made sure we had what we needed at all times. Plus the lady that made our drinks. I didn't catch either one of the names. They all did excellent jods!
