Extremely disappointing experience with EXIT Realty. When I decided I no longer wanted to work with this brokerage, instead of respecting my decision, realtor Kiva Ellis attempted to pressure and bully me over alleged ‘fees.’ When that did not work, they escalated the situation to court. Amazing experience! Kiva was super helpful and always there when we needed her. She made the whole home buying process much easier for us. We felt very comfortable and supported the entire time. Highly recommend Exit Realty Unlimited!
Mary found the closet thing to what I was looking for the price I could afford. I have given her a five because she helped out with getting the house(s) I bought cleaned when the previous owner left it a mess. She helped me with finding a contractor to do some work and provided some comps for the area so I would have a better understanding on how much to spend for renovations. She over and beyond!
