If you want an agent to play the listing game and sell your property for under market than this is The Guy I had Several agents that were between 60 and 90,000 higher on the property that I was thinking of selling, I felt as he just wanted to get in take my money and move on than several months go by. He invites me to things I try to get past him and move on and he just keeps sending me messages in text.
