Be very wise in choosing this company, Exit Realty Number One. They are unethical and did not perform their straight forward duties. They are of poor level performance, deceitful, and did not uphold their own contract. Their contract is written only in their favor. There are other Real Estate companies out there with much more ethical and better communication. This is the worst company to deal with from bookkeeping to managerial duties.
