Working with Debra Hancock is absolutely amazing! She listens to your needs and finds everything you are looking for. She's also responds quickly and provides transparent communication. She communicates her actions along the way - and each time I know she is on top of everything need and going above and beyond for our family. Debra is highly knowledgeable in real estate extremely well especially in pricing, negotiations, making you feel like she cares about your needs and wants, and general real estate strategy. She's wicked sharp, very professional and, brilliant. You definitely want her representing your interests and delivering the results you're looking to achieve. I’m a home inspector, I have worked with Janice Bryant on several inspections. Janice is a truly an advocate for the buyer, she’s engaged, asks questions and takes notes through out the process. I think her professionalism and work ethic are essential (especially for first time buyers). I whole heartedly recommend her.

We loved working with Janice Bryant to help us buy our very first home!
We looked and looked on our own with no luck and as soon as we started working with Janice we were finding homes left and right! We ended up choosing to buy new construction home and Janice was there to help us every step of the way! She helped everything from advice on choosing the best lot to inspecting every little thing on our walkthru. She would drive by our house regularly when it was under construction and send us updates and always let us know the second anything happened. The feeling of knowing you have someone on your side that will always fight for your best interest, is unbeatable! (especially when buying your FIRST home) Thank you, Janice for being the amazing, hard-working realtor you are!

Ron Webster did an amazing job helping us find our new home in Alabama. We relocated from Nashville and had a home to sell before buying here. Ron was available to and meet with us to see many listings in a day to maximize our time when we were able to be in the area to look at homes. We had very specific needs/wants and Ron was extremely helpful in locating a home that worked for our family. He is also very knowledgeable in home financing and was able to provide us with guidance in this area. Thank you Ron Webster for a fabulous home buying experience. We love our new Alabama home!
