I can't say enough about the job Brandy and her team did for us. We were flying in with a tight window to find a place for my Daughter. They had several showings for us the first day and none of them felt quite right, they went back and set up more the next day and found us the perfect place in our price range. We had to fly back home and they handled everything for is including some inspection issues which Brandy was able to get 2 contractors out to give repair estimates the next day. Genuinely a good person. She did an amazing job. Found us a home that is exactly what we needed. More than we even knew! She negotiated some amazing things for us. I worked with Kendall Sukach and she was an amazing agent. She took the time to help us find the best family home for us. She was very pro-active and amazing at communicating issues.
