EXIT Realty Listing Agent omitted from his home listing information the important fact that the home was in an association and had a monthly HOA due. No mention of a pool that was a few blocks away and around the corner that we didn’t even know was there. Didn’t find out until after when someone brought the payment book over and said it had to be paid or a lien will be filed on the home. Listing agent is refusing to do anything about it.

We found a house we wanted to buy made offer it was accepted. Our realtor quit the company we were turned over to another agent that knew nothing about what was going on. We wanted to see the house told someone would meet us. Well he came without keys. We found out house was broken into left unlocked. Our closing was delayed several times then we found out the abstract was not up to date from a previous sale, we were charged for them to fix that.
