Great place to work
Horrible unprofessional people. We had the property at 3718 47th St. & had until 4-30-18 to vacate & David Friest from Capital City Property Management changed the locks on us when we came to clean the property on 4-22-18. Don't rent this property. The landlord is psycho. She kicked us out just because she wanted to raise the rent from $825 to $1100 without any improvements to the property. We had lived there 2 yrs and were excellent tenants. We don't smoke, don't have pets, have clean criminal records, clean renting history... read more
