Only doing this so people won’t get tricked by Taber or Chris Wilson if they read this. Bought my house in Christiana in June of 2020. Checked on this house every week leading up to it. My realtor stayed on top of it and a week before closing, after inspections and blue tape walk throughs, numerous issues arose. We had lighting not complete, dishwasher not hooked up, propane line for fire place not installed, yard had very little grass.
