Horrible service we rented the home 6615 Heath St Houston tx 77016 that needed repairs owner never fixed the repairs. We had rats 🐀 eating the carpet tile loose backyard fence hanging a/c broke down more than once sinks leaking and they take forever to respond and never fix the problem.I did a 30 day notice that I was moving out to get my deposit back and there gonna send after a month $100. Unfortunately we do not own the properties we manage and the owners make the final decision. You can not add a un permitted structure to the back of the house leave room in 3 different colors (when you told the owner you where going to paint them back ) among under items. You where furnish with a detail explanation of the refund you received we are sorry it did not meet your expectations .
