This review based on sole experience with Greg Vukovich. Bought a house during the winter from Greg and Mary Vukovich that they'd lived in for several years. Even though it was a fixer-upper, Greg lied about several issues, especially the roof. The house had several HIDDEN huge problems. One big one was that someone had nearly cut the main beam that held up the 2nd floor almost in half. Holes in attic were stuffed with human hair and cotton.
