I had Russ Marks for a realtor. Very hands off, inattentive. I never met him nor did he show me the property, the listing agent did. Poor practices. Mistakes, etc. Id never hire him again.
I think Barbara did a great job. My deal didn't work out, but I'll sure go to Barbara when I continue my search.
