I worked with Cherie once about 3 years ago and recently in the last couple weeks I started again to put my home on the market. She is very helpful and takes care of everything in a timely manor.
Cherie sold my home for me when I moved out of state. I already moved to Massachusetts so it was kind of a different experience for me when you sell a home and your away. They did some nice things for us like lawn work and put some things in the home to make it look more presentable to sell.
I don't think there is anything that James could have done to make my Real Estate transaction any easier. He found the answers to my questions, and he helped me with everything. It was perfect!
