She helped with all the third parties including the inspector, title company, listing agent and the condo HOA. Her expertise was invaluable! Thank you!
We worked with ERIC WHITE to secure a 2-month rental for n Wellen Golf & Country Club. Eric had poor communication before and during our stay. No communication was provided as to how to gain entry into the condo, mailbox or storage closet. When contacted regarding a maintenance issue, it took him 2 weeks to respond. We would not choose to work with him again.
Since fired by me, rental agent and seldom sales agent BRIDGET FORD states (when asked of her by me): “Did you place the FOR SALE sign on the property yet”??? Her response: “No, it costs $100”. She then states “I’m not willing to put out $100 for the sign and $200 for the photographer for a place that may not sell” Not only an appalling statement, but highly unprofessional.
